This is my newest community Block giving people advise where and when to Drive in 2026.
In my opinion, I really enjoy doing Gig Driving on the ugliest weather days (especially those blizzard days). I really enjoy a heavy downpour, or blizzard as most people would rather stay in / not bother cooking in ugly weather. So my favorite season in GTA is during Winter (November - March). I own a Mazda SUV, so it makes driving much smoother.
I have day job, so the only time I can do drives is in the evening / weekends. So 5:30-8:30pm on evenings is usually my go to.
In terms of location, I would say Shops of Don Mills is a great starting point and than wherever that takes me. I prefer going up north or east from that direction, both because those areas im more familiar with and lots of restaurant choices.
